Privacy notice

Effective September 19, 2026

Block Cub is provided by Sunny Nagra. This notice covers the iPhone and iPad game and this website. You can play the free game without joining referrals or enabling analytics.

Your puzzle progress

Completed levels, best move counts, the current puzzle and sound/control preferences stay on your device. They are not uploaded as a cloud save. Removing the app or its data can remove that progress.

Optional gameplay analytics

Gameplay analytics are off until you enable “Share gameplay analytics” in Settings. If enabled, Mixpanel receives a randomly generated installation identifier, app and operating-system information, sessions, puzzle starts/completions/restarts, counts of hints and undo, and interactions with the shop and referral screens. We use these events to find confusing puzzles and improve the game. We do not send your name, email, Apple account identifier, invitation code, advertising identifier, session recordings or screenshots to Mixpanel. Automatic interaction capture and IP-based location enrichment are disabled. No advertising or cross-company tracking is used.

Turning analytics off stops future tracking and clears unsent events; it does not automatically erase previously received events. Analytics are kept only while needed to evaluate and improve the game, subject to the analytics provider’s retention settings. You can request deletion by contacting us and including the Analytics ID shown in Settings while analytics are enabled. We do not require analytics consent to play, purchase, invite friends or receive a reward.

Optional Forest Friends referrals

When you choose to participate, our Cloudflare-hosted service verifies Apple’s signed app-download information and App Attest proofs. We use an app-specific account identifier and device-verification value to prevent the same account or device from being counted repeatedly. These values are stored as cryptographic hashes; raw Apple receipts and raw device identifiers are verified but not saved. We do not receive your Apple account email or password.

The service keeps your invitation code, who invited whom using hashed account references, verified free-level completions and their server timestamps, and your one chosen expansion reward. During a qualifying attempt, your move sequence is sent to the server to check that it solves the puzzle; the sequence is not retained after verification. We use this information to count eligible friends, restore earned access and prevent abuse. These records are separate from Mixpanel analytics.

Short-lived challenges expire after five minutes. Network addresses are transformed into keyed, hourly rate-limit identifiers; rate-limit entries are removed after about a day. Puzzle-attempt tickets are removed after seven days. Participation and reward records remain while the program is used. “Delete referral participation” in the app removes your active participation, saved verification keys, attempt tickets and completion records. Minimal hashed eligibility, referral-credit and reward records remain for the life of this promotion to prevent repeat claims and preserve rewards already credited to other players. Deletion does not reset eligibility. Contact us if you need help with these records.

Purchases

Apple handles in-app payment and provides verified purchase entitlements. We do not receive your payment card details. Earned referral access and paid StoreKit purchases are separate; deleting referral participation does not delete an Apple purchase.

Providers and this website

Cloudflare hosts the website and referral service. Mixpanel processes optional app analytics in the United States. These providers receive the technical network information needed to deliver their services and may process it in other countries under their applicable terms and safeguards. The marketing website has no advertising pixels or website analytics and does not read your clipboard, contacts or device fingerprint to match an invitation after installation. You can enter an invitation code yourself.

Support, children and your choices

If you email support, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to help you. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information. Children should involve a parent or guardian before enabling optional online features, making purchases or contacting support. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information and to contact a privacy regulator.
