Terms of use

Block Cub is provided by Sunny Nagra. These terms explain use of the game and website. The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs the app license. These terms do not replace that license or limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.

What is included

The Way Home includes 100 free puzzles. Clockwork Canopy and Frostbound are optional, separate, non-consumable purchases, each unlocking a 100-level adventure. Each expansion’s first level can be tried free. Puzzles unlock in sequence. Hints and undo do not require payment. There are no subscriptions, consumable currencies, or paid lives.

Purchases and restoration

The App Store displays your local price before you confirm a purchase. Apple handles billing and applicable taxes. Restore purchases from Chapters & adventures while signed in with the Apple Account used to purchase. Restore returns purchased access, not puzzle progress stored on another device. Refund eligibility and requests are handled through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to applicable law.

Optional earned expansion

Forest Friends lets eligible participants earn one expansion by inviting five friends who complete verified play and return. The referral terms explain eligibility, the one-reward limit and restoration. Participation and analytics are optional.

Progress and availability

Progress is stored on your device. Removing the app or losing device data can remove progress. We do not maintain a server copy. Purchased content is included in the app; purchasing or restoring access requires a connection to Apple. Updates, compatibility and availability may change, subject to your statutory rights and Apple’s terms.

Respect the work

The game’s original artwork, sound, code, writing and puzzle content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may play the game for personal use under its license. Please do not redistribute the app or its assets, or use the website to interfere with its operation. Any rights permitted by law remain yours.

Your rights

Nothing here excludes mandatory warranties, remedies, or consumer protections. Apple’s standard license describes the applicable warranty, liability and governing-law provisions for the app. If these supplementary terms conflict with that license or mandatory law, those provisions prevail.
